- OKK Establishment Application: Each owner, occupant, or premises manager must submit an application to establish OKK for the premises.
- OKK Structure: The OKK must comprise a fire safety manager (FSM) and a minimum of three fire safety officers (FSOs) chosen by the owner, occupant, or premises manager. Refer to FSM and FSO duties.
- Official Recognition: The appointed FSM and FSOs need official recognition from the Director-General through established procedures.
- Information Duty: Owners, occupants, or premises managers are obliged to furnish necessary information to the on-duty FSO, as per regulation 6D(1).
